Dr. Shafaat Ahmed Bazaz

Dr Shafaat Ahmed Bazaz is renowned Researcher and Academician with vast experience of University Management. He served in Denmark Technical University (Assistant Professor) and CMC Microsystems, Canadian (Senior Staff Scientist) for 8 years. He worked on various administrative positions (Chairman, Dean, Founding Vice Chancellor) in GIK Institute and Sir Syed CASE Institute of Technology in past 16 years. He obtained Rs 140 Millions R&D grants from various funding organizations in the area of Chip design, MEMS and Eye Care diagnostic software and has published more than 65 scientific publications in international scientific journals, and conferences. He has been working with strategic organizations on the development of chip design and prototyping. He has also been associated with NCEAC of HEC as Senior Program Evaluator since 2012.
Dr. Khalid Hussain
Director Academics
Dr. Khalid Hussain is working as Professor Cyber Security at Superior University Lahore and Director Academics at National Superior Institute of Science and Technology (NSIST) Islamabad, previously he had served as Dean in ARID Agriculture University, and the University of Lahore. Dr. Khalid has cumulative 32 years of university/industry experience. He did his Ph.D. from Malaysia, under a fully funded UTM / HEC scholarship. He has successfully completed six applied research projects in the domain of Information Security funded by NESCOM and other funding agencies. In reward of his contribution towards Information Security SATHA awarded him, Gold Medal, in 2015.
Sehrish Abbas
Lecturer Mathematics
Sehrish Abbas is working as permanent faculty member in Department of Mathematics at NSIST, Islamabad. She has Completed her MPhil Mathematics from Quaid I Azam University, Islamabad in the area of peristalsis flow of non-Newtonian fluids. She is committed to keep abreast with the latest mathematical developments and constantly enhance her abilities. She has extensive knowledge of the latest and most effective research methods. She has more than 8 years of teaching experience.
Ayesha Masroor
Lecture Management Sciences
Ms. Ayesha Masroor is serving at National Superior Institute of Science as a faculty member in Department of Management Sciences. She has done Master of Business Administration (Major in Finance) Degree from University of Central Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. Educationally she has a comprehensive knowledge of Financial Data Analysis, Financial Management and Strategic Management. She has more than 5 years of teaching experience and three years of industrial experience.
Mr. Kashif Riaz
Lecturer Statistics
Mr. Kashif Riaz is an eager scholar in the field of statistics. He is an active research worker for searching new ideas and updated research methods and techniques for the development in social sciences, biostatistics and cultural studies. His main area of interest are survey sampling, Experimental design and regression analysis. He is working on many research issues related to Bio-Statistics. He is currently serving as Lecturer Statistics at NSIST.
Sumra Rafique
Lecturer International Relations
Ms. Sumra Rafique has done M.Phil in International Relations from Iqra University Islamabad Campus. Educationally she has a comprehensive knowledge of Theories of International Relations, Research Methodology, Foreign Policy Analysis, Diplomacy, International Organizations, Conflict Analysis, Conflict Resolution, and Foreign Policy of India and Pakistan. She has an ample experience in the academia of Pakistan. A program leader and a lecturer at the faculty of social sciences. She works as a permanent faculty member at the NSIST.
Nasir Hussain
Lecturer Computer Science
Nasir Hussain is a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at NSIST, Islamabad. He has vast teaching experience in the field of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Image Processing, and Computer Vision. He was a part of different institutes since 2010. During this period, he supervised different projects including IoT, Microcontrollers, Image processing, robotics projects, etc.
Hammad Azmat Raja
